We got up and it was a rainy morning so we hung out at home for awhile. Mommy Christine had a haircut appointment so our friend Mary watched R & R at Burger King. (Thanks Mary for coming to the rescue.) They love the playground area.
We did lunch there and then ran some errands. Our friends, the Shoppells, gave us a pool invitation so we were lucky to get to spend the afternoon swimming with Sophia and John at Sycamore. A really fun time.
The Landstras invited us over for dinner and things went well there. The food was great (Thanks Jane) and David was a great ping pong/Wii provider. And as for Mr. Watermelon (Scott) well he was hilarious. My favorite part was when Rusty got on the counter and licked the pieces of ice cream cake. That dog knows what is good! All in all we had a fun day and always appreciate all the support we have received from our family and friends. Thanks so much to everyone!
Ate (big sister) Courtney and Ate Autumn and Ate Susi arrive the next 2 days to care for the kiddos since I start school. Oh too short of a summer for this lady.
