Ramona woke up before Ramon today and spent some time on the computer. I introduced her to the paint feature and she loved the erasing part most. Daddy Jeffrey was at a church meeting during the morning so the kids and I visited our friend, Mindy Miller. Mindy was great and had lots of surprises for R & R. She had some cool magnetic books and a fun musical toy plus they got to eat popsicles which has quickly become one of their favorite treats. After eating lunch at the Burger King with the play area we introduced the kids to Wii bowling. It was a big hit but took some training to remember to let go of the button to release the ball. Later on in the evening after church we walked down to the neighborhood block party. Mommy Christine got to ride on the big red 3 wheeled motorcycle. R & R thought it looked interesting but were a little intimidated by it. Ramon loved shooting hoops with Daddy Jeffrey while Ramona found a friend in Elizabeth Noonan. Elizabeth helped Ramona make a cool bead necklace. Thanks Elizabeth. Both kids take a little while to warm up to a crowd and seem to be most comfortable when they are yelling "GOOD-Bye!" or "Miss you!" as we leave.
